Bio
Denis was born in Glasgow, Scotland. He came to Canada in 1964 and has lived in Oakville ever since. He is married to Denise and they have three children and three grandchildren.
In addition to his popularity as a radio broadcaster, Denis was President of the Travel Corner Ltd. for 30 years. Although he recently retired from those day-to-day business activities, he’ll continue to be involved on a special-group-project basis.
As the producer and host of ‘A Little Breath of Scotland’, Denis celebrated the 40th Anniversary of his popular program in October 2005. The longevity of Denis’ show is an achievement that very few in the industry can match, and ‘A Little Breath of Scotland’ is certainly the longest running Scottish show in North America – perhaps the world.
