I hope you survived the winter, and are looking forward to spring and summer.

The show continues to do very well in the ratings, and it is gratifying that we have a large number of listeners who join us each week via the internet. Remember, if you are close by a computer, you can always catch the show at

Denise and I attended several Burns’ suppers in January, and in Kitchener Denise addressed the haggis. Needless to say, this was a big hit, especially with the ladies present, and all the experts tell me she always does a much better job than me !!!!

We had a great Caribbean cruise in February, and if you look at the video link on our web site,, you can have a look at some of my photographs. In case you are wondering, a few of the shots show some of our group trying to figure out the correct answers to our famous quiz !

Our next cruise in July, is to Scandinavia and Russia. The bookings on that cruise are now closed.

I can tell you that our 26th annual winter cruise is now set to go, and on February 5th we head to Los Angeles. We will be joining the Coral Princess for a 15 night cruise, the highlight of which is a daylight transit of the Panama Canal. This will be the first time we have done the complete transit, so we are very excited about this cruise. Many of our past passengers are already signed up for the cruise, and we are more than 50% sold out. If you are thinking about joining us for this memorable cruise, I would suggest booking as soon as possible. You can get a copy of the complete itinerary at, and click on the cruise link.

August 7th will again see me at Fergus for the Friday night tattoo, perhaps I’ll see you there.

I hope you are all keeping well, and as always, thank you so much for your continued support of A Little Breath of Scotland.

Enjoy your spring and summer.
